Letter from our Founders
We want to help you enhance resident services, avoid administrative tasks, and save time.
Studies consistently show that chaplain visits with healthcare patients is associated with higher levels of overall patient/family satisfaction, not just satisfaction related to chaplaincy. A Mayo Clinic multisite study revealed that 70% of patients wanted at least one visit from a chaplain, while most wanted chaplains to offer support to their family and friends and wanted chaplains to be with them during times of elevated anxiety or uncertainty. We provide professional chaplains who love people, cooperate as team members, are theoretically and clinically educated, and support people who hold a wide variety of beliefs. Our chaplains are rooted in their own beliefs but facilitate spiritual care for others, and support everyone. We recruit, vet, and administer chaplains who fit those descriptions.
In discussion with the facility administrator, we identify needs and service options and customize a contract, then propose full-time or part-time candidate(s).
Once appointed, we maintain contact with each chaplain, ensure the quality of their care, and provide continuing education. Our chaplains are all self-employed clergy who work under our contract. The facility does not take on employee responsibilities for them.
We remain available to the administrator throughout the duration of the contract, appreciative of input and suggestions.
We would be pleased to explore with you the possibility of providing services to enhance the care of your residents.
Sincerely,
