About Us

Care for the Spirit, Comfort for the Soul

About Us

All chaplains are pastors. Not all pastors are chaplains!

At Chaplain Services, we are a dedicated team of spiritual caregivers committed to enhancing the emotional and spiritual well-being of residents in retirement centers, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Our organization was founded on the belief that every individual, regardless of their faith or life story, deserves compassionate support and a guiding presence, especially in times of need. We understand that the journey of aging can bring unique challenges, and we’re here to provide a sense of peace, connection, and purpose along the way.

Chaplain Services was born from a vision to bring meaningful, personalized spiritual care to those navigating some of life’s most profound transitions. Our founders saw the need for spiritual support that was both empathetic and deeply rooted in honoring each individual’s beliefs and values. From small beginnings, we’ve grown to become a trusted partner for facilities and families who seek to enrich the lives of their residents and loved ones.
Why Choose Us

Chaplain Services isn’t just about meeting spiritual needs.

It’s about bringing hope, dignity, and compassion to every individual. Whether we’re leading worship, providing grief support, or simply sitting with someone in silence, we are honored to be there for our residents and their families. Our services are tailored, thoughtful, and delivered with a dedication that sets us apart.

Inclusive Care for All: Our chaplains provide spiritual and emotional support to individuals of all faiths, denominations, or no faith, creating an inclusive environment for everyone.

Ongoing Oversight and Mentorship: We actively coach, mentor, and supervise our chaplains to maintain professional-level services and ensure continuous growth and excellence in care.

Ethical Accountability: Each of our chaplains is thoroughly vetted and fully insured, offering peace of mind and reliable, high-quality care for your facility.

By choosing Chaplain Services, you invest in consistent, compassionate, and comprehensive care that goes beyond traditional pastoral services—because your residents and staff deserve the very best.

Paul Anderson

Co-Founder

Paul Anderson is a pastor and chaplain with decades of ministry experiences in healthcare, military, law enforcement and academia. With three master’s degrees and a Doctor of Ministry, he has led and taught at boarding schools and at the university level. He is credentialed in Civil and Alternate Workplace Dispute Mediation, Counseling and Personnel Services and Life Coaching.

He has served as an advocate for professional chaplaincy at the highest levels of denominational, military and corporate environments. 11 years of pastoral ministry in urban, suburban and campus contexts prepared him for 20 years of military service as a Navy Chaplain. After his naval career, he served as the denominational Endorser for chaplains. Believing that ministers don’t retire when their career ends, he is collaborating with Chaplain Services to provide pastoral care to aging veterans and other people who are in assisted living, hospice or palliative care environments.
